Design Week is coming to Italy and Milan will be full of luxury brands and designers. Fuorisalone
will have many exhibitions and events around the city, such as the Salone del Mobile. This international and annual furniture fair reaches its 57th edition and will be held at the Rho Fiera exhibition center
between 17 and 22 April
This event has as commitment: the conservation of the title of world capital of design, being the objective the ascent of the concept and the future of the same. Technology, culture and trends are the main points developed at the fair and the products will be divided by types, from the classic to the modern and their production, use and innovation. With the visit you can touch and experience the best that the furniture industry has to offer.
During the week more than three hundred thousand designers, architects, critics and visitors are expected, among them a large number of Portuguese. Ferreira de Sá
will be present as a visitor, taking an interest in current and future trends and in the search for innovative ideas, since it is considered one of the best weeks for those who are interested in design and innovation.
Salone del Mobile
: Presentation of furniture projects with high added value. presented novelties and designs of furniture with high added value.
: Dedicated to professionals under 35 years and their creative proposals, being considered the starting point of many young designers.
: Exhibition of excellent kitchens, and will be held with FTK-Technology for the Kitchen, the exhibition of the best built-in appliances.
Salone Internazionale del Bagno
: Biennial exhibit, displays bathrooms design and is considered an area that is developing.
The entrance will be open exclusively to commercial members (among them designers, architects, importers and exporters), except on April 21 and 22 (Saturday and Sunday), where it is extended to the public.
In addition, the event promotes visits to some of the city's artistic monuments such as the Milan Cathedral, the Vittorio Emanuele II Gallery, the Teatro alla Scala, and others.
